Legislative Priorities 2018 – Residential Rentals Industry

For the Legislative Session of 2018, the Iowa Landlord Association & IaREIA are working to advance the listed legislation during the 87th IA General Assembly – Session 2. Each bill needs to be pass three votes before it advances to the other chamber.  Typically, the process seems slow, unless you’re down at the Capitol Building!
